We are a Kolhapur-based organic jaggery manufacturing company built on one simple belief: food should heal, not harm.
Our journey started with farmers who understood sugarcane beyond commercial sugar production. We grow and source sugarcane that is specially cultivated for jaggery, ensuring better taste, higher nutrition, and natural sweetness.
What truly defines us is our process.
Unlike factory-made jaggery that relies on chemicals and quick cooling, we follow a slow, traditional method using mountain water and natural clarification. Our jaggery takes nearly 55 minutes to cool, compared to the usual 5–7 minutes. This slow cooling preserves minerals, improves shelf life naturally, and enhances texture.
